Q1 - Where are you located and do you have a store?

A1 - We are an online venture based in New Delhi and we do not have a physical store anywhere.

Q2 - Do you ship worldwide?

A2 - Sorry ! We provide shipping within India only.

Q3 - Do you deal with resellers?

A3 - We don't deal with resellers. Our order quantity option is limited to a certain number of pieces only. As per our policies, we believe in having the sole authority in making and marketing our designs. 


Q1 - Are all your products made in Pure Silver?

A1 - All our products, except Rakhis are meticulously crafted in Pure (925) Silver. Due to its high durability, sterling silver (925 Silver) is the industry standard highest quality of silver used for making jewelleryKindly refer to the image captions for all the information regarding material details.

Q2 - How can I shop or buy from Silverrage?

A2 - Shopping with us is really easy and user friendly. You can browse, choose and buy your favourite designs, from the comfort of your home. Here's what you need to do once you open and land on our website:

  • Browse through the designs and add the ones you want to your cart
  • Once you are done selecting, proceed to the checkout page and fill out your personal details like name, address, phone number etc
  • You will then have to select the mode of payment and complete the transaction.
  • Our team and Instamojo will then send a confirmation regarding your order and the dispatch details.
  • The invoice and the care card will be sent along with your order.

Q3 - Do you offer discounts?

A3 - Yes !

Most of our designs priced above Rs. 895/- are available on a discount year round, especially categories like earrings as we want to make shopping an exciting experience for all of you ! The original and the sale prices are mentioned under each product. 

Q4 - I don't like my order and feel that the pieces are small as compared to the images. Can I return them?

A4 - We are sorry about your experience, however we follow a strict Return and Exchange policy:

  • We do not take returns and exchange for reasons other than manufacturing defects.
  • All images are taken using a phone camera and the dimensions are shared in the image captions. Please get in touch with our team before placing the order if you have certain doubts.

Q5 - What are the available payment options? Do you offer COD?

A5 - We do not offer COD at any given point. Our website, however is based on a secure platform which enables the customers to choose from several payment options like-

  • Google Pay
  • Paytm UPI
  • NEFT/Bank Transfer
  • Internet Banking
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • E-Wallets

Q6 - Can I use the jewellery on a daily basis? Does it tarnish??

A6 - Silver is a beautiful metal which needs a little special care. Tarnishing is an inherent property of the metal irrespective of its quality. You can follow the below mentioned precautions to avoid/prolong the same -

  • Always keep your pieces in an air tight packaging when not in use
  • Keep them away from water, moisture, sprays, perfumes etc 
  • Avoid wearing jewellery while sleeping or while taking a shower
  • Clean your pieces using a certified liquid or a silver jewellery polishing cloth

Q1 -I have placed an order.By when will I receive it?

A1 - Thankyou for shopping with us. Shipment delivery is completed within 2-10 business days for any place once our team dispatches the same.

Q2 - Why have I not received any update regarding my order?

A1 - All information about your order such as tracking id, name of the courier service etc will be shared via whatsapp message or an email as per your registered details once the order is successfully dispatched. Please check your spam mailbox as well.
