Please go through the following headings to know more about our delivery terms and conditions -
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed except on weekends or on account of holidays, epidemics, natural calamities, bad weather, unavailability of staff or stock.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow us a few additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via your registered email id or phone number.
2. NO SAME DAY DISPATCH FACILITY AVAILABLE
Please take note that we at Silverrage do not offer a same day dispatch facility. The order is processed from the next business day of the complete payment made and the total dispatch time is usually upto 48 business hours ie 2 working days.
3. DELIVERY WITHIN 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS
Your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days for Delhi/NCR locations and 4-7 business days minimum for other locations depending on their serviceability. Sometimes it may take longer than the stipulated time due to unforeseen conditions such as weather conditions, lockdown, curfew, lack of staff, flight delays etc at the courier company’s end or border sealings, political unrest, local festivals.
Hence, Silverrage is not responsible for any delays in the delivery process once a package has been shipped out from our warehouse. However, we are always available to note your concern and help if the order does not reach in prescribed timeline.
We therefore request you to speak with our team over WhatsApp or a call before order placement if there is a certain timeline to be followed. Such orders are marked separately and are sent under a special concern!
4. CALLS/MESSAGES BY THE COURIER SERVICE
The courier service may or may not always call/message the customer. They may usually call in cases when the address in incomplete, confusing or incorrect. If the receiver is not available at the time of delivery, the courier service may deliver the shipment to someone living nearby or nextdoors. Please note that we are not given any prior information regarding the same.
However, we will assist you completely in finding the delivery location in such events.
For eg, the shipment may be delivered to the landlord in cases of PG addresses.
5. NO CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We strictly follow a 100% prepaid order system and we do not provide COD for any region. We strongly believe in following the trend of 'contact-less delivery' and there are several other payment options which you might find convenient from the comfort of your homes.
6. SHIPPING CHARGES
We provide free shipping PAN India for any order above the total value of INR 1000/- placed on this portal. For order totals below INR 1000/-, shipping charges of INR 100/- shall be charged, irrespective of location/contents etc.
7. SHIPPING PAN INDIA
We do not ship internationally and only deliver in India.
Since, the website is owned by a third party, International address may be accepted for order placements, however, the order will be cancelled (the amount refunded back) since we do not ship overseas in such cases. The same may take upto 4-6 business days.
8. PARTIAL ORDER DELIVERY
Partial orders can be delivered due to unavailability of certain items. We will be notifying you about the same. Incase of any refund for prepaid orders (if we are not able to arrange the ordered design or quantity), the same will be initiated automatically and will reflect in your account in 7-10 business days once our team gets in touch with you.
9. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All the tracking information such as the name of the courier service, the tracking id, the phone number, timings, delivery time etc will be automatically shared through a message or an email only after the order is shipped.
The status of your order can be checked by logging in on our website (My Orders Section) or by visiting the respective courier company’s portal. You may visit https://www.dtdc.in/tracking/tracking_results.asp or https://www.indiapost.gov.in/_layouts/15/dop.portal.tracking/trackconsignment.aspx and check the status by entering the AWB/Consignment number sent across by our team.
The uploading of the data online might take about 24 business hours.
If you go through any trouble while viewing the same, kindly drop us a message/email and our team shall get back on the same at the earliest.
10. SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS
An Email, SMS or Whatsapp text would be sent to you on your registered id or phone number after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.
You may then follow the guidelines mentioned to track the same.
11. URGENT ORDERS/EXPRESS DELIVERY
Please take note that we do not offer express shipping or 24-48 hour guaranteed delivery (even if the customer is willing to pay extra).
We abide by the standard time frame shared by the courier service under ‘Normal’ deliveries which is 2-10 business days.
You may write to us personally well in advance or mention Urgent in the comments section while placing the order if there is a deadline for the shipment to reach since it enables our dispatch team to mention the same on your order and personally notify the courier service responsible. However, this does not guarantee a timely delivery.
12. INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS MENTIONED BY THE CUSTOMER OR IF CALLS ARE NOT ANSWERED
If a customer, provides us an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, email id or phone number (and does not inform us well in time) OR if the calls by the courier agent are not received, the shipments in majority of the cases are sent back to our unit, after the same is attempted for a delivery. In such a case -
- He/She is liable to pay an amount of INR 100/- if the order is cancelled
- He/She is liable to pay an amount of INR 200/-* if the order is to be re-sent
*INR 200/- includes the original shipping cost plus the additional shipping cost wherein we will be sending the shipment again to the customer on the corrected address. This is completely under our discretion and we do not consider any negotiations.
Henceforth, we request you to double check all the essential information such as name, address, pincode and phone number mentioned in your order to be absolutely correct since once dispatched, it is not always convenient and possible to alter the same.
Silverrage will hold no responsibility in such matters, however we will assist and provide you the contact numbers to get in touch to make a re-direction request. This process at times, may take longer than expected.
13. IF THE SHIPMENT GETS LOST OR IS NOT RECEIVED
Although NO SUCH CASE has ever happened in our entire duration of business until now, please be rest assured that your money is SAFE WITH US. We are not simply a profit oriented business, but do care a lot about our customers. In such a case, the entire amount will b refunded to the client
Our team takes utmost care in maintaining hygiene to ensure that the shipment is 100% secure. We are working towards the compliance of the safety and sanitization norms mandated by the government for e-commerce operations and due to this, each piece, after it is packed in our brand's packing is put in a plastic transportation box which is first cleaned with a disinfectant and then sent for the final dispatch.
